This bill designates a specific bridge on the South Service Road over the Van Wyck Expressway in Queens as dedicated to Port Authority Police Officer Arthur M. Ansert Jr. The dedication is explicitly ceremonial in nature, does not change the official name of the bridge, and requires installation of memorial signage. It takes effect only after New Jersey passes identical legislation.

The governor or the President signs the bill, vetoes it, or lets it become law without a signature. A legislature can also override a veto and enact the bill anyway.
