This bill dedicates a specific portion of State Route 9W in the Town of Bethlehem, Albany County, to Patrick LaFortune Jr. as a ceremonial highway designation. It requires the installation and maintenance of signs reading "Highway Dedicated to Patrick LaFortune Jr." while explicitly stating that the dedication is ceremonial only and does not change the official name of the highway.
