This bill temporarily amends the Healthy Schools Act of 2010 to expand the allowable models for serving breakfast in DC public and charter schools. It redefines "breakfast in the classroom" and explicitly permits schools to use grab-and-go breakfast, breakfast in the classroom, or a combination of both models to fulfill universal breakfast requirements.
