This bill amends Pennsylvania's Landlord and Tenant Act to require landlords to clearly disclose in every lease whether parking is provided and, if so, the exact fee. It prohibits landlords from adding or increasing parking fees during the term of an existing lease (with limited exceptions for third-party pass-throughs or changes in availability). Tenants may sue in lower court for violations, with remedies requiring the landlord to reimburse the tenant's actual parking costs for the full lease term.
