This bill expands Pennsylvania's epinephrine access law by updating terminology to 'epinephrine delivery system' to cover newer FDA-approved devices, explicitly includes day-care facilities and family child care homes as authorized entities that may stock and administer epinephrine (subject to available funding), requires training and informational materials for day-care staff and parents, and maintains Good Samaritan liability protections.

The governor or the President signs the bill, vetoes it, or lets it become law without a signature. A legislature can also override a veto and enact the bill anyway.
